Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms of Service govern the use of the mobile application Rizziusz (hereinafter: "the App") and related services.
  2. The owner and operator of the App is Maciej Janowski Dev, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland (hereinafter: "the Service Provider").

  4. Using the App constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.

2. Description of the Service

  1. Rizziusz is an iOS mobile application that helps users conduct conversations on dating apps.
  2. Key features of the App:
    • Reply suggestions — based on a screenshot of a conversation, AI generates a proposed reply
    • Openers — AI generates a first message to send based on the other person's profile
    • Conversation analysis — AI evaluates the dynamics of the conversation and points out what is working and what is not
    • Profile review — AI analyses a dating profile and suggests improvements
  3. The App uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate content. The process involves extracting text from screenshots (OCR) and generating replies using large language models (LLMs).

3. Requirements and Registration

  1. The App is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 or over.
  2. Registration is carried out via Sign in with Apple.
  3. During onboarding the user provides: age, dating goal, preferred dating app, and language.
  4. The user undertakes to provide accurate information.

4. AI-Generated Content — Disclaimers

  1. Suggestions, not ready-made messages. Content generated by Rizziusz is provided solely as suggestions and inspiration. The user independently decides whether and in what form to send any generated content.
  2. No guarantee of results. The Service Provider does not guarantee that using AI suggestions will lead to forming a relationship, arranging a date, or achieving any other outcome.
  3. AI-generated content. Reply suggestions are generated automatically by AI models and are visible only to the user who requested them. They may be inaccurate — the user should evaluate them before sending and is responsible for the content they actually send to their conversation partners.
  4. AI can make mistakes. AI models may generate content that is inaccurate, inappropriate, or ill-suited to the context. The user should always evaluate a suggestion before using it.
  5. User responsibility. The user bears full responsibility for the content they send to other persons via dating apps — regardless of whether that content was generated by AI or written independently.

5. Rules of Use

The user undertakes to:

  1. Use the App in accordance with Polish law and the terms of service of the dating apps they use.
  2. Not upload screenshots containing illegal content, in particular child sexual abuse material, threats, or hate speech.
  3. Not use AI suggestions to harass, intimidate, deceive, or manipulate other persons.
  4. Not use the App for spamming or mass-messaging purposes.
  5. Not attempt to circumvent technical restrictions, reverse-engineer, or attack the App's infrastructure.

In the event of a violation of the above rules, the Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or delete the user's account without a refund.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

  1. The App offers free uses — new users may test the features without a subscription.
  2. Once free uses are exhausted, access to full functionality requires an active subscription.
  3. Available subscription plans: weekly, monthly, and annual.
  4. Subscriptions are managed and billed by Apple App Store. Payment is charged to the user's Apple ID account.
  5. The subscription renews automatically at the end of the current period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of that period.
  6. To cancel a subscription: iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Rizziusz → Cancel Subscription.
  7. Refunds are subject to the Apple App Store refund policy. The Service Provider does not process payments directly and does not handle refunds — refund requests must be directed to Apple.

7. Free Uses and Trial

  1. New users receive a set number of free uses of the App's features.
  2. Free uses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or recovered once used.
  3. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the number of free uses at any time.

8. Service Availability and Limitations

  1. The Service Provider endeavours to keep the App functioning correctly but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.
  2. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to: maintenance, updates, server outages, issues with third-party providers (Anthropic, Google, Apple), or force majeure.
  3. The quality and accuracy of AI replies depend on models provided by third parties and may change over time.
  4. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with appropriate notice.

9. Intellectual Property

  1. The Rizziusz application, its source code, design, logotype, name, and other elements are the intellectual property of the Service Provider.
  2. Content generated by AI at the user's request may be freely used by the user in the context of dating conversations.
  3. The user does not acquire any intellectual property rights in the App or its components through use of the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

  1. The Service Provider is not liable for:
    • The consequences of using AI suggestions in conversations with other persons
    • Damage arising from unavailability of the App or errors in its operation
    • The content of screenshots uploaded by the user
    • Actions of third parties (Apple, Google, Anthropic)
    • Lost profits, data, or opportunities arising from the use or inability to use the App
  2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Service Provider to the user is limited to the amount of fees paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
  3. The above limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of Polish law.

11. Personal Data Protection

The rules for processing personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.

12. Complaints

  1. Complaints regarding the operation of the App should be submitted to: [email protected].
  2. A complaint should include: a description of the issue, the date it occurred, and the user's contact details.
  3. The Service Provider will process the complaint within 14 days of receipt.

13. Account Deletion

  1. The user may delete their account at any time:
  2. Account deletion results in the permanent deletion of the user's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  3. Deleting the account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — the user must cancel it separately in Apple ID settings.

14. Termination by the Service Provider

  1. The Service Provider may terminate the agreement (block the account) with immediate effect in the event of:
    • Violation of the rules of use described in section 5
    • Providing false information (in particular regarding age)
    • Using the App in a manner that endangers other users or the infrastructure
  2. In the event of termination due to the user's fault, subscription fees are non-refundable.

15. Changes to These Terms

  1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service.
  2. Users will be notified of material changes with 14 days' notice via an in-app notification.
  3. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes.
  4. If you do not accept the changes you may delete your account.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  1. These Terms of Service are governed by Polish law.
  2. Any disputes arising from use of the App will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Service Provider's registered address, subject to mandatory provisions on consumer court jurisdiction.
  3. Users who are consumers have the right to use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
  4. The supervisory authority for personal data protection is the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

17. Final Provisions

  1. If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.
  2. These Terms of Service enter into force on 10 June 2026.
